Mary El Tagi

Mary El Tagi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of HR Services at NJVC since June 2006, Mary has successfully managed HR functions for 1,400 employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, while also restructuring policies and procedures. Previous roles at NJVC, including Deputy Director of Human Resources and Senior Manager of Human Resources, involved implementing competitive benefit plans and enhancing employee training and development.
