Ronald Dickerson

Ronald Dickerson is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in network analysis and systems administration. Currently serving as a Network Analyst at Five Rivers Services, LLC since March 2016, and a Tier 2 Help Desk at ALTA IT Services, LLC since December 2013, Ronald has extensive expertise in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining operating systems environments, including Windows, MS Office, and UNIX. Additionally, Ronald has been a System Administrator at NJVC-LLC since November 2009, where responsibilities include problem diagnostics, user assistance, and collaboration with team members to identify and address technical issues. Ronald holds a degree from Saint Augustine’s University, completed between 1988 and 1994.
