Chantal Haak

Chantal Haak is a Senior Project Lead at NKD with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Chantal started their career as a Desk Manager at the Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam in 2010. Chantal then became a Restaurant Manager at Restaurante o Pescador in 2013. In 2014, they became a Front Office Manager at Van der Valk Hotel Sassenheim-Leiden, where they were responsible for the departments reception, reservations and housekeeping. In 2016, they became a Front Office Manager at Mainport by Inntel Hotels, where they were ultimately responsible for the front office departments reception, doormen, concierge and operator. In 2017, they became a Project Manager at Pluimen Ticketcounter. Chantal has experience in managing teams of employees, creating budgets, department development and improvement, recruitment and selection of personnel, complaint processing, cost reduction and analysis, and HR.

Chantal Haak's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from Stenden Hogeschool Leeuwarden and a bachelors in Hotel- en hospitality management from Vakschool Wageningen (ROC Rijnijssel).
