Ashwini Narayan

Ashwini Narayan has a diverse work experience. Ashwini started their career as a General Manager at Gokul Group of Restaurants in 2010, where they gained knowledge in online marketing and learned costing and menu engineering. Ashwini then worked as a freelance consultant specializing in learning and development strategy for family businesses in Kerala from 2017 to 2020. In 2019, they joined NKP Empire Ventures Pvt. Ltd as the Head of Process Controls & HR, overseeing a chain of restaurants and hotels. Ashwini later became an independent consultant for learning and process excellence within the same company. In 2022, they took on the role of Growth & Strategy Lead at NKP Empire Ventures Pvt. Ltd. Overall, Ashwini's work experience spans various industries and roles, showcasing their adaptability and expertise.

Ashwini Narayan has a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Manipal.
