Alda Sousa is currently the Director and Head of Product Development & Quality Control Iberia at NKT, where they oversee product innovation and quality standards. In a previous role as a Senior HV Specialist at SCADA International, Alda specialized in the design and implementation of high voltage substations and cable networks. They began their career as an Electrical Engineer at COEM and Solidal, focusing on electrical works and cable design, respectively. Alda holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Oporto.
