With a strong foundation in executive development, leadership development, and organizational strategies, Berry's career also includes significant roles at Zurich Insurance, A.P. Moller - Maersk, and Siemens. Berry's academic background includes a Master's degree from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and advanced training in Business English.
