Annette Bjerregaard (Mullan) has extensive experience in talent development and management. Annette currently holds the position of Head of Leadership and Talent Development at NKT, a role they have held since 2024. Prior to this, they were the Head of Talent Management at NKT from 2020 to 2024.

Annette'sprevious experience includes various roles at A.P. Moller - Maersk, starting in 2007. Annette served as a Global HR Business Partner from 2016 to 2020, and before that, they held positions as an HR Business Partner and a Recruitment Partner. Annette also worked as the Global Talent Partner for Emerging Talents, where they managed the Maersk Liner Graduate Programme and was responsible for various talent projects. Additionally, they served as a Global Learning Partner and Senior Learning Project Manager, focusing on learning programs and competency development.

Throughout their career, Annette has demonstrated strong project management, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, as well as a strategic approach to talent development and diversity initiatives.

Annette Bjerregaard (Mullan) obtained a BA Honours degree in Fine and Applied Arts with a Diploma in Area studies from Ulster University from 1998 to 2003. In addition, they earned a Diploma in Business from Otterbein University from 2001 to 2002. Annette has also acquired several certifications including MPA Certification from Master Value People Corp. in 2021, Tools for Talent from Hudson Nordic in 2021, Hogan Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in 2018, Mind Gym Trainer Certification from Mind Gym in 2015, Lominger Competency: Leadership Architect 101 from Korn Ferry in 2013, Kirkpatrick Evaluation from Kirkpatrick Partners, LLC in 2011, and Project Management from ESI International in 2008.
