Kristian Olsér

Kristian Olsér is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and project management. Currently serving as the Senior Real Estate Specialist and Lease Negotiation Project Portfolio Manager at NKT since September 2018, Kristian is responsible for global real estate projects within the company. Prior to this, Kristian founded Energy and Operation of Things Consulting AB in September 2017, offering comprehensive consulting services across various project sizes. Previous roles include serving as Fastighetschef and Chef Drift och Service at AB Ronnebyhus, where oversight included a 10-person team and energy efficiency initiatives. Kristian's career also includes significant positions at Tarkett, Dynapac, and Scania, encompassing roles such as Energi-, Media- & Fastighetsingenjör, Underhållschef, and P2000 Koordinator. Educationally, Kristian holds a degree in Drifttekniker (Maintenance) from Blekinge Institute of Technology, completed in 1993.
