Louise Westh Naldal

Louise Westh Naldal has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Louise began their career in 2005 as an Assistant Financial Controller at Millward Brown. Louise then worked at Copenhagen Business School as the Head of Secretariat for the Centre for Corporate Governance. Louise joined Maersk Tankers in 2007 as a Commercial Graduate and later became a Strategy Manager at Maersk Drilling in 2009. In 2011, they returned to Maersk Tankers as a Senior Commercial Project Manager and later as the Head of PMO for Strategy. In 2015, they joined Maersk Oil as the Head of Business Performance Management. Since 2017, Louise has been working at NKT, where they held the positions of Head of PMO, Finance and Head of CEO Office. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Group Communications and Public Relations at NKT.

Louise Westh Naldal completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Economics and Business Administration at Copenhagen Business School from 2002 to 2005. In 2004-2005, they also participated in an exchange program at The Australian National University, where they studied International Business. From 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in International Business at Copenhagen Business School. In 2007-2010, Louise attended the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, earning a Bachelor Equivalent degree in Shipping. Moreover, they obtained a PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification in Project Management in 2014.
