Ratheesh U.r

Ratheesh U.R is an experienced proposal manager currently working at NKT since January 2024, focusing on high voltage cable solutions for the European market. Prior to this role, Ratheesh spent over four years at FLSmidth, where responsibilities included managing proposals for sustainable green cement initiatives and leading capital projects for various regions including Europe and South America. Earlier in a career spanning from 2008 to 2023, Ratheesh served in multiple engineering and managerial positions at FLSmidth and Rain Cements, gaining expertise in design proposals, international sales, and mechanical maintenance within the cement industry. Ratheesh holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
