John Hill

John Hill has had a diverse work experience spanning several industries. John most recently served as the Director of Organizational Development and Culture at NLB Corporation since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Contract Facilitator at The Disney Institute from 2011 to 2020. Before that, they were an Associate at Snow & Associates, Inc. from 2004 to 2020. In 1997, John started their own business, Hilltop Solutions, where they served as the Owner until 2020. John also held the role of Vice President of Training at Papa Johns from 1994 to 1997. John's early career included a position as a Senior Facilitator at the Walt Disney World Company from 1989 to 1994, and as the General Manager at TGI Fridays from 1979 to 1988.
