Divyesh Patil

Divyesh Patil currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Sales Global Captives at NLB Services since July 2023. Prior to this role, Divyesh spent six years at Randstad India, holding various positions including Regional Business Head for Global Captives, City Head for Technology/R&D Centers, and Associate Manager focused on Fortune 500 companies and shared services. Responsibilities across these roles included managing large corporate accounts, driving top-line growth, client acquisition, and developing strategic relationships with C-level executives. Divyesh also gained experience in sales and client services early in the career, starting as a Business Development Executive and subsequently as an Assistant Manager. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in E-Business from Welingkar Institute of Management and participation in the Emerging Leaders Development Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
