Marta Scali

Marta Scali is a seasoned professional in the health technology sector, currently serving as a Senior Venture Development Associate at NLC Health Ventures since January 2023. Focused on advancing health through entrepreneurship at scale, Marta has been integral in developing ventures that aim to make healthcare more accessible. Prior experience includes roles as an R&D Engineer at the Dutch Ophtalmic Research Center, where Marta worked on new product development, and a PhD Researcher in Medical Device Technology at TU Delft, specializing in ultra-thin steerable needles for solid organ intervention.
