Heleen Elbert

Heleen Elbert is the Owner and Tax Adviser at Elbert Fiscaal, providing fiscal-legal services since June 2010, and is a member of the Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs. Additionally, Elbert serves as a part-time doctoral researcher, guest lecturer, and thesis supervisor at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam. Involved in various organizations, Elbert has been an author for NLFiscaal since 2016, a board member of the Vereniging Zakelijke Rijders, and a speaker and author for Register Belastingadviseurs, Kluwer, and Sdu Uitgevers since the early 2000s. Experience includes tax law practice as a Tax Lawyer at Berk from 2004 to 2010 and serving on the board of the Vereniging voor Fiscale Mediation until May 2024. Elbert holds a Master's degree in Tax Law from Tilburg University and has a foundational education in Dutch Law and Notarial practices from Radboud University.
