Luc Mengelers

Luc Mengelers is a Junior Associate at Lubbers, Boer & Douma since September 2021, specializing in (inter)national and EU tax law to address complex fiscal issues. Additionally, Luc has served as an Annotator for NLFiscaal since December 2021, annotating judgments in European tax law. Prior experience includes the role of Zittingsgriffier at Gerechtshof s-Hertogenbosch from February 2019 to August 2021, overseeing procedures and drafting memoranda and judgments. Earlier internships at Belastingdienst involved work with both large companies and individual taxpayers. Luc holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Fiscal Law from Tilburg University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Finance, Tax & Advice from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
