Mart van Hulten

Mart van Hulten is an Assistant Professor at Tilburg University, specializing in Dutch, international, and European income and corporate taxation. Additionally, Mart serves as Counsel at Lubbers, Boer & Douma, where complex fiscal issues are addressed, and is a commentator for the weekly tax journals NTFR and NLFiscaal. Mart has been involved with the Education Committee for Tax Economics programs at Tilburg School of Economics and Management since September 2023 and previously contributed to the Vereniging voor Belastingwetenschap's report on the Dutch tax system. Mart's academic background includes a PhD in Taxation from Tilburg University, obtained in 2019, and an advanced LLM in European and International Taxation from Leiden University. Mart's prior positions include EU Direct Tax Advisor and Senior Manager at PwC Nederland and various academic roles at Tilburg University.
