Laurens van Vliet

Laurens Van Vliet is an experienced professional in social innovation and labor market solutions, currently serving as Directeur Sociale Innovatie at Randstad Groep Nederland since April 2018. In this role, Laurens focuses on developing creative solutions for societal challenges related to the labor market through collaboration with strategic partners and internal teams. Additionally, Laurens contributes to NL2025, a platform for leaders working towards a better future for the Netherlands, and serves on the board of nlgroeit, which aims to enhance the growth potential of SMEs in the country. Previous experience includes a commercial management position at Yacht, where Laurens was responsible for business operations and development across various units. Laurens also gained international experience during a sabbatical traveling across multiple countries in 2008-2009 and began the career as an Intercedent at Randstad from 2004 to 2006.
