Merlin Melles is the Founder and CEO of Founders Carbon Network (fCN), a high-end community promoting entrepreneurship and moral values since 2012. Melles established fCN by leveraging a strong network of business connections to create a private entrepreneurial community. Additionally, Melles co-founded Carbon Network (CN) in 2019, focusing on the importance of personal connections in business. As the Founder and CEO of Pearlcard, Melles leads a company dedicated to providing premium services that unlock opportunities for customers. Melles also serves as a proud partner at ONL voor Ondernemers, a moderator at nlgroeit, a juror for both the FOTY Awards and BID Positivity Awards, and was previously a board member at the Amsterdam Museum Fonds and a co-host on BNR Nieuwsradio. Melles holds degrees in Professional Leadership and Corporate Governance from prestigious institutions, including the University of Cape Town and Harvard Business School.

Op 13 januari 2016 is nlgroeit gelanceerd: een publiek-private samenwerking tussen het Ministerie van Economische Zaken, NLevator en de Kamer van Koophandel. Doelstelling van dit initiatief is om het groeivermogen in het midden- en kleinbedrijf in Nederland te vergroten.
