Dr. Jürgen Müller-Borhanian

JoNataye Prather, PhD, MSW, PSM-I, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and education consulting. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Business Consultant at Nationwide since September 2022, JoNataye has held various roles including Education Consultant at The Shaw Group, LLC since January 2013, and Senior Project Manager at Union Institute & University from August 2018 to December 2022. Previous positions include contributing professor at Walden University, and project manager and assistant professor at Tarleton State University and Ohio Dominican University. JoNataye's career began with a focus on social work, having served as a school social worker in Reynoldsburg City School District and Columbus City Schools - Ohio, as well as completing internships at Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. JoNataye earned a PhD in Social Work from The Ohio State University, complemented by a Master's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and African & African-American Studies from the same institution.
