Peter Schwartz

Peter Schwartz has extensive experience in sports broadcasting, currently serving as a WFAN Radio Anchor and Host at Audacy, Inc. since July 2009, and as the SportsBash Media Host for a weekly sports talk show presented by TicketBash since August 2023. In addition, Schwartz is a Sports Contributor for Greater Long Island Media Group, Inc. and has been the Public Address Announcer for Long Island Ducks Baseball since August 2019. Schwartz also functions as a Play by Play and PA Announcer for Long Island University’s lacrosse, hockey, football, and soccer teams from February 2022 to January 2025. Prior experience includes a role as a Sports Reporter/Anchor/Host at ESPN Radio NY from September 2001 to March 2007. Schwartz holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Buffalo State University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
