Maria Simonova

Maria Simonova is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in corporate communications, having served as the Head of External Communications at NLMK Group since July 2014. In this role, Maria develops and implements policies and strategies for corporate, internal, and marketing communications, supports top management, manages media relations, and oversees event management and HR brand development. Prior to NLMK Group, Maria worked as an industry editor at RBC magazine from December 2006 to July 2014, where responsibilities included media management, writing, and managing special projects. Earlier experience as a correspondent at Kommersant from 2004 to 2006 involved writing articles and reviews. Maria holds a degree from Voronezh State University, which was completed from 1998 to 2003.
