Stepan Kulaev has a diverse background in finance and strategic management, with experience spanning over a decade. Starting as the Head of Financial and Economic Service at HARMENS, JSC from November 2008 to August 2010, Stepan progressed to roles including Investment Manager at JSC RUSNANO, where responsibilities focused on funding infrastructure and educational programs for material-based technology start-ups from September 2012 to June 2018. Subsequently, Stepan served as Manager at SIBUR from June 2018 to June 2021, leading strategic innovations and business development initiatives, particularly in chemical recycling of plastic waste.
