Frank Pon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business model innovation, digital transformation, and sustainability. Currently serving as a Business Model Innovation expert at nlmtd and as a Digital, Data & Sustainability Consultant at DIG Duurzaam, Frank focuses on empowering entrepreneurs and creating future-proof organizations. Previously, Frank held significant roles at Catawiki, including Vice President of Collectables, where business growth was more than doubled, and commercial operations were optimized. Frank's earlier career includes leadership positions at Air France KLM, where commercial strategies were developed for various international markets, and roles in digital transformation at Schiphol airport. Frank holds a Master's degree in Law from Leiden University.
