Jeanick Zeijdel has extensive experience in operations and customer success, currently serving as Manager Operations at nlmtd since June 2019. Prior to this role, Jeanick worked at Management Events for over a decade, holding various leadership positions such as Team Manager for Customer Success Specialists and Team Manager for Customer Experience Managers across different regions, including the Netherlands and Turkey. Responsibilities included building client relationships, managing events, project coordination, and team training. Jeanick began the career in events management with earlier roles at Radisson SAS and Barcelona Projects, after completing a Master’s degree in Business Administration specializing in ICT Consulting at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, along with a Post Graduate in Hospitality Management.
