Natalie L.

Natalie L. began their career in 2004 as a Business Analyst at Allstate Financial Services, LLC, where they worked until 2012. During their time there, they were responsible for liaising across the organization to improve operational processes and customer support. Natalie was also honored as Employee of the Year in 2011. In 2012, Natalie moved to Black Knight Financial Services as a Business Analyst. In this role, they steered all reporting needs, scope development, functional requirements, use/test cases, data modeling, prototyping and documentation. In 2015, Natalie joined Healogics, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager/Team Lead. In this role, they stood at the helm of many Healogics BI project workflows, including full-cycle release management, development, training, QA and broad collaboration from development teams and executive management to vendors. Natalie also guided major initiatives that improved processes, boosted the customer experience, and streamlined the organization overall. Finally, in 2021, Natalie joined NLP Logix as Director of Project Management.

Natalie L. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix in 2008. Natalie also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in June 2019.
