Heidi Willams

Heidi Willams is the Director of Student Services at NLSchools, having previously served in various educational capacities, including Principal and Guidance Counselor in multiple K-12 settings. With a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology, they possess extensive expertise in education management and special education. Heidi has also contributed as a Special Advisor in education for the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and has experience in marketing and public relations across different organizations, including Canadian Tire and Atlantic Lottery Corporation. Additionally, they have facilitated youth retention strategies for the Canadian Policy Research Networks.
