Susan Varghese

Susan Varghese is currently the Intake Manager at Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County, where Susan oversees a team of seven employees and manages the client intake process for ten programmatic teams. Prior to this role, Susan worked as a Staff Attorney at Open Hands Legal Services, providing legal counsel to low-income individuals and managing up to 20 cases per month. Susan also served as a Staff Attorney at Family Legal Care, where Susan managed the Queens Family Court Help Center and provided legal information to litigants. Susan holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Affairs & Anthropology from The George Washington University.
