Ulysses Urquizo

Ulysses Urquizo, MPA, CGMS, is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Program Grants Administration at Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County since October 2025. Previously held the position of Area Program Supervisor at Los Angeles Unified School District since July 2005. Ulysses has a robust background in grants management, demonstrated through a role as Grants Manager at AltaMed Health Services, overseeing substantial funding contracts exceeding $20 million annually.
