Diana Mongula

Diana Mongula serves as the Senior Manager of Data Management & Analytics at NMB Bank Plc since October 2014, leading a team focused on data governance and analytics, while executing the bank's data management program based on the DAMA framework. Prior to this role, Diana held the position of Manager of Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence at the same bank, where significant achievements include the implementation of a new data warehouse consolidating data from over 23 source systems. Earlier experience includes various consultancy roles at IBM from 2009 to 2014, working on notable projects such as data warehouse implementations for ABN AMRO Bank and Achmea in the Netherlands, as well as compliance initiatives like Solvency II in Sweden. Diana's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Dar es Salaam.
