Francis Mittah

Francis Mittah serves as the Head of Strategy at NMB Bank Plc since June 2019 and has also held the position of Head of Business Support and Analytics. Concurrently, Francis has been the Managing Director of Flomi Hotel Limited since August 2015, where oversight has been provided for business development, leading to high occupancy rates and successful events, while ensuring top-notch service delivery. Previously, Francis held the role of Head of Retail Assets at Barclays Bank Tanzania from May 2016 to December 2018 and served as Chief Manager of Business Banking at Tanzania Postal Bank from June 2013 to April 2016, where a notable SME business strategy was executed, achieving over 200% growth within a year. Francis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Accounting from Bluffton University, earned between 2002 and 2007.
