Pamela Lobulu-Deteba

Pamela Lobulu-Deteba is an experienced professional in the field of learning and talent development, currently serving as a Senior Specialist at NMB Bank Plc since September 2016. Prior to this role, Pamela held the position of Training Manager at the Association of Tanzania Employers from September 2013 to August 2016, and worked as a Relationship Manager at Barclays from July 2004 to May 2009. Earlier in the career, Pamela served as a Customer Consultant at Stanbic Bank from 2002 to 2004.
