Juanita Peña-Garcia

Juanita Peña-Garcia is currently the Human Resources Director at NMB Technologies Corporation. Juanita has previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Hydra-Electric Company from December 2013 to August 2014. Prior to that, they were with Kavlico a Brand of CST, a Division of Schneider Electric for over 23 years, where they served as an HR Business Partner/HR Manager.

During their time with Kavlico, Juanita was instrumental in partnering with Senior Management to transform the company culture, which led to various new product introductions and growth in revenue. Juanita also introduced leadership and management development programs that resulted in increased bench strength, an enhanced culture of accountability, and the engagement and retention of key talent in a highly competitive environment. In addition, Juanita provided definition, discipline, and accountability to the performance review process that led to better and consistent manager feedback and improved employee performance.

Juanita’s extensive experience in Human Resources has allowed their to excel in their current position at NMB Technologies Corporation, where they are responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function. Juanita is a strategic partner to the executive team and provides guidance on all HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance. Juanita is committed to building a strong HR foundation at NMB Technologies Corporation that will support the company’s continued growth and success.

Juanita Peña-Garcia has a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership Development from California Lutheran University and a certification from LinkedIn in Rolling Out a Diversity and Inclusion Training Program in Your Company.
