Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Nmbrs since May 2022, Marieke focuses on HR technology and employee wellbeing. Previous roles include Director of People & Culture at Mysolution, where collaboration with multiple companies was emphasized, and pivotal positions at Roche, including leading organization transformation and change management efforts. Marieke has also acted as an HR & Organization Development Consultant and co-founded the agile-focused organization at Visma Nmbrs. With a Bachelor's degree in HRM and a Master's in Strategy & Organization, Marieke combines academic knowledge with practical experience to foster effective organizational growth and culture.
