Marieke Pepers is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people and organizational development. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Nmbrs since May 2022, Marieke focuses on HR technology and employee wellbeing. Previous roles include Director of People & Culture at Mysolution, where collaboration with multiple companies was emphasized, and pivotal positions at Roche, including leading organization transformation and change management efforts. Marieke has also acted as an HR & Organization Development Consultant and co-founded the agile-focused organization at Visma Nmbrs.
