Gerald Gore is the current CEO of NMBZ Holdings Ltd. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer of NMB Bank Limited Zimbabwe from June 2008 to August 2019. Gerald has also held positions at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, Interfin Merchant Bank, and Century Bank Limited. Gerald started their career as an intern at Barclays Bank of Zimbabwe Limited in July 2000.

Gerald Gore attended Kutama College for their A Level, then the National University of Science and Technology (ZW) for their BComm Banking, which they achieved with distinction. After that, they completed their Msc Finance & Investments at the same school in the finance field. Afterwards, they went on to do their Masters in Business Leadership (MBL) Cum Laude at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Lastly, they did an Executive Development Program (EDP) in Business Strategy at Wits Business School.
