Surekha Prakash Chrmp

Surekha Prakash CHRMP, CHRM, CHRC, LSSGB has over two decades of extensive experience in human resources management. From July 2014 to December 2023, Surekha served as the Human Resources Manager at NMC Royal Women's Hospital, where responsibilities included overseeing all HR activities from manpower planning to employee exit processes. Prior roles included Assistant Manager HR at NMC from 2004 to 2010 and various human resource professional positions at Cherrysoft, Pentasoft Group, and STERLING HOLIDAY RESORTS INDIA LTD. Surekha holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Indra Gandhi National Open University, a Master of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Madras, and a B.Sc in Zoology from Quaid-E-Millat Govt. Arts College for Women.
