Zainab Alnuaimi

Zainab Alnuaimi is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition - Emiratization at NMC Healthcare since August 2022. NMC Healthcare is recognized as the largest private healthcare provider in the UAE, focusing on patient care for over 40 years. Prior to this role, Zainab held key positions at Union Properties PJSC, including Head of Human Resources and HR Manager, and contributed to recruitment efforts at Etihad as Recruitment Manager and Graduate Manager from January 2016 to December 2020. Zainab holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Zayed University, earned between 2009 and 2014.
