Shafqat Umer

Shafqat Umer is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and auditing. Currently serving as Corporate Finance Manager at National Marine Dredging Company since May 2023, Shafqat previously held the position of Group Finance Manager at Al Ghaith Holding PJSC from November 2012 to April 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing accounting departments, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating audits, and developing financial reports and budgets. An accomplished auditor, Shafqat has over nine years of experience at Ernst & Young, advancing from Audit Supervisor to Manager Audit, where responsibilities encompassed audit planning, execution, team management, and client advisory services.
