Michael Worden has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Michael started their career at TRW as a Business Unit Manager, where they successfully directed a power rack and pinion steering gear operation. Michael implemented lean production techniques and six sigma methodologies, leading to reduced production costs and market success. At Dell, Michael held various roles, including Global Services Sales Director, Global Services Program Executive, and Senior Manager, Custom Factory Integration. Michael then joined IBM as a Client Solutions Executive before moving on to nMetric and Right Sized Inventory, where they served as Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for revenue-producing functions and leading teams to expand commercial growth. At Right Sized Inventory, Michael also held the role of Chief Executive Officer, where they led professionals in expanding the commercial growth of an advanced inventory optimization software solution.

Michael Worden completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University from 1983 to 1987. Michael then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Finance & Operations from Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 1990 to 1991.
