Tracy Konjovic

Tracy Konjovic is the Founder & President of TLK Coaching LLC since January 2024. Previously, Tracy has held various roles in companies such as NMG Aerospace, Leadership Akron, Kurtz Bros., Inc., and SeaWorld, where Tracy held positions such as Organizational Development Consultant, Vice President of Organizational Development, Executive Director, HR Manager, Vice President of Finance & Administration, Director of Finance, and Accounting Supervisor. Tracy holds a Coaching Certification from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, and a BA in Business Management from Kent State University.
