Disha Tanha

Disha Tanha, Esq. currently serves as a Tenants Rights Attorney at the Northern Manhattan Improvement Corporation since March 2024. Prior to this role, Disha worked as a Property Management Compliance Specialist at HotelSlate Inc. and as a Legal Graduate Fellow at District Council 37. Disha has accumulated substantial experience in legal settings, including positions as a Teaching Assistant at the Brooklyn Law School LGBT Advocacy Clinic and a Summer Intern at the New York City Commission on Human Rights. Disha completed a Doctor of Law (JD) at Brooklyn Law School and holds a dual Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Cinema and Cultural Studies from Stony Brook University.
