Rogan Flitton

Rogan Flitton has a robust background in software development and leadership, with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Line Manager, Team Lead, and Solutions Architect at NML since September 2008, Rogan has led development teams on various projects, overseeing requirement gathering, architecture, solution design, and deployment of web applications and services. Previous roles include software development at Global Vision and Bytes Technology Group, as well as a Junior Software Developer and Systems Analyst at Hollard Insurance. Key projects include the development of a custom CMS web portal for The Trust and a bespoke Windows Forms application for Allied Pickfords. Rogan holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Johannesburg.
