Irina Batalha

Irina Batalha serves as the Resource Readiness Manager at NMQ Digital since January 2018, overseeing the internal e-learning system and ensuring employees have the necessary tools for their roles, while also organizing relevant training and facilitating personal development. Previous roles include ECommerce Manager at NMQ Digital with responsibilities in managing operations for Philips and achieving contractual KPIs, as well as serving as a Subject Matter Expert in Ratings and Reviews for Philips. Irina's earlier experience includes positions in marketing and communications management at Float in Spa, an internship in tourism marketing at Mafra's City Hall, and various roles in digital marketing and communications, including freelance video production. Irina holds a Licenciatura in Ciências da Comunicação from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, completed in 2011.
