Kristin Dame is a Project Designer at Nichols, Melburg & Rossetto (NMR) since June 2018, specializing in HCAI project compliance, medical planning research, and 3D model development. Previously, Kristin worked as an Architectural Designer at Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, focusing on commercial space planning and construction documentation. Kristin's early career included roles as an Undergraduate Researcher and Research Assistant at Texas Tech University and work as a Library Assistant, showcasing a strong academic background in interior architecture. Additional experience includes instructing outdoor pursuits and various roles in retail and pharmacy, complemented by ongoing education through Young Architects Competitions since 2020.
