Andrey Yagafarov

Andrey Yagafarov is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior ERM Risk Manager at NN Group since April 2022, Andrey oversees integrated risk management processes and reporting to management boards. Previously, as Chief Risk Officer at Allianz-Tiriac Asigurari, Andrey managed quantitative and qualitative risk while overseeing the Allianz-Tiriac Pension Fund. Additional roles include advisory work with Cooper Pet Care, Market Risk Validation Analyst at Allianz Group, and managerial positions at Deloitte and ING, where Andrey focused on financial risk management, model validation, and quantitative risk assessment. Andrey holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of London and a Master's degree in Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
