Ezra de Swaan Arons

Ezra de Swaan Arons has extensive experience in change management and consulting, currently serving as Central Change Officer at NN Group since September 2021. Prior to this role, Ezra worked at Deloitte Nederland from October 2015 to September 2021, advancing through positions from Business Analyst to Manager. Earlier experience includes a project role at DataroomServices B.V. and an internship at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Ezra holds a Master of Science in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business from University Utrecht, complemented by education at Erasmiaans Gymnasium.
