Flavia Naezer

Flavia Naezer holds extensive experience in product management and technology, currently serving as the Product Owner for NN's Internal Developer Platform since June 2023, focusing on enhancing developer experience. Previous roles include Product Manager for Engineering Experience at NN, Lead Product Owner at UWV, and various product owner and architect positions at ING Nederland, where Flavia emphasized API design and platform development. As a co-founder of Dotted Line, contributions were made in consulting and storytelling aimed at promoting knowledge and human progress. With a background in solution architecture and engineering at companies like ABN AMRO Bank and Capgemini, Flavia's expertise spans product ownership, training, and innovative tech applications, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
