Franka Loeve, PhD has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Franka started their career as a Scientist at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, where they obtained their PhD degree and published several articles in prestigious scientific journals. Franka'sresearch focused on cancer and received significant recognition.

Later, Franka joined ORTEC - Optimize Your World as a Consultant/Project Manager. Franka worked on various projects during their tenure, demonstrating their expertise in project management and consulting.

In 2008, Franka joined NN as a Senior IT Business Analyst and senior project manager. Franka'sresponsibilities included selecting a new global HR system and leading the implementation of Workday worldwide within NN Group. Franka also handled risk and security documentation for Workday and played a crucial role in integrating the system within the organization.

In their subsequent role as an IT Project & Change Manager at NN, Franka continued to contribute to the organization's technological advancements and change management initiatives.

Recently, Franka worked at NN Group as the Lead Global HR Analytics, Data Science & Innovation. Franka led the set-up and implementation of the NN HR global data platform, utilizing Azure Databricks. Franka established a new team responsible for delivering HR indicators and creating a group-wide dashboard with HR key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, they guided data scientists in advanced equal pay analysis and other data science projects.

Franka Loeve, PhD obtained their MSc in Applied Mathematics from the University of Twente from 1990-1995. Franka then pursued their PhD in Evidence based medicine from Erasmus University Rotterdam, completing it between 1996-2004. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as Data Science, Python programming, IT management, and project management.
