Javier Pardo

Javier Pardo has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Javier started their career at Nationale-Nederlanden in 1993, where they held various roles focused on anti-money laundering and internal control. In 2016, they became the Money Laundering Risk Officer and Representative at the SEPBLAC. In 2019, they joined NN Group as the Head of Product & Change Office, responsible for product development and promoting new business models in the insurance industry. Prior to this, they served as the Operation and Customer Service Director, leading a team of 75 people and managing three external platforms. Javier has also held positions such as Manager Contact Center, Controller, Supervisor of the Contact Center, and Claims Technician, where they gained experience in customer service, risk management, budget control, and talent development.

Javier Pardo obtained a Master Europeo en Gestión y Dirección de Contact Centers from ICEMD in 2006. Prior to that, they attended Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. from 1997 to 2004, studying A.D.E.
