Martijn Hoogeweegen

Martijn Hoogeweegen currently serves as the CEO of NN Insurance Belgium since September 2023 and is a member of the Supervisory Board at De Hoop. Martijn also holds the position of Chairman of the Board at BeFrank since January 2021. Previously, Martijn worked at Nationale-Nederlanden from July 2009 to August 2023 in various roles including Head of Life & Pension Services, Head of Individual Life, Director of Customer Service Center, Senior Manager of Pensions, and Program Director of Transition. Martijn contributed to the integration of multiple businesses into a customer-focused entity during the transition program. Additional experience includes board membership at the Foundation “Van Schulden naar Kansen" from April 2019 to December 2021, as well as consulting roles at ING, AT Kearney, and Multimedia Skills. Martijn holds a PhD in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Business Administration, both from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
