Shervin Fekri

Shervin Fekri currently serves as Programme Manager International for Sustainability & Social Impact at NN Group, collaborating with international business units to enhance community investment and partner networks. Fekri is also a co-founder and coordinator of the Executive Advisory Board at Theater DEGASTEN, working to shape the organization’s mission and strategic positioning. As a member of the HF Young Circle, a group focused on inclusivity in the Holland Festival, Fekri contributes to shaping programs that highlight performing arts and social themes for younger audiences. Additionally, Fekri co-founded Nascosto, which creates immersive experiences for community connection. Previous experience includes strategic advisory roles at Setflow and BOI (Board of Innovation), where support was provided to international nonprofits, as well as program management at The Social Hub. Fekri's academic credentials include a Master's in International Management and a Bachelor's in Urban Planning from recognized institutions, complemented by diverse international educational experiences.
